Poligon Process– Our process utilizes a series of checkpoints that involve the customers’ approval and identifies shelter specifications to deliver a quality product and service. We are deliberate and deeply focused on even the smallest details. From the materials we use, to the manufacturing tolerances we employ and even the way we transport your structure to the job site, nothing is left to chance.
Poligon Steel– Poligon steel pavilions are bolt together steel frames, with a powder coat finish, that requires no field welding. Roof decks can be: metal, tongue and groove southern yellow pine or structural insulated panels. Secondary roofing is available in multi-rib, mega-rib, standing seam, asphalt shingles or cedar shakes. The pre-engineered pavilion package is shipped as a knocked-down prefabricated kit that that includes the structural frame, roof deck, roofing, fasteners, trim, optional ornamentation and installation instructions. Column footing design may be provided by Poligon.
Poligon Wood-The Poligon wood pavilion product line has been enhanced to streamline the engineering, manufacturing, and distribution of our wood shelters. We have increased the number of options and features available, including stain colors, multiple anchoring systems and a variety of roofing options.
Poligon Fabric-Utilizing fabric in conjunction with steel frames, Poligon Fabric can create more curves and angles to give your structure a softer look. We can design an artful structure to fit any site. Fabric options available: High Density Polyethylene breathable UV blocking shade fabric, water resistant solution dyed fabric, and waterproof vinyl fabric.
