Pennsylvania COSTARS 14 Contract for Recreational and Fitness Equipment

As a PA COSTARS 14 Contract holder, General Recreation is able to provide our clients with many types of recreational products and, in many cases, can include the assembly/installation as well. This can all be purchased without going to bid locally because we have already bid on the COSTARS 14 contract. National Purchasing Contracts

National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance

Landscape Structures has been awarded a national government purchasing contract for Playground Equipment, Surfacing, Site Furnishings and Related Products/Services. The NCPA (National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance) contract has been extended through July 31, 2014 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) CONTRACT: Landscape Structures

Landscape Structures has been awarded a national buying contract through SourceWell for playground equipment as well as site furnishings and accessories. The contract is effective April 14, 2017 and will expire on April 14, 2021. The contract may be extended for a fifth year at SourceWell’s discretion.

In response to a national, competitive bid, SourceWell has awarded Poligon a national contract.

Landscape Structures (acting through Exerplay) currently hold a GSA contract for Landscape Structures and PlaySense product lines. GSA is a federal contract that establishes government wide, long term purchasing contracts with commercial firms. Money is saved and the bid process can be waived when using this contract.
