Poligon Process – Our process utilizes a series of checkpoints that involve the customers’ approval and identifies shelter specifications to deliver a quality product and service. We are deliberate and deeply focused on even the smallest details. From the materials we use, to the manufacturing tolerances we employ and even the way we transport your structure to the job site, nothing is left to chance.
Poligon Steel – Poligon steel pavilions feature bolt-together steel frames finished with our durable Poli-5000 powder coat—no field welding required. Roof deck options include metal, tongue-and-groove southern yellow pine, or structural insulated panels. Secondary roofing choices include multi-rib, mega-rib, standing seam metal, asphalt shingles, or cedar shakes. Each pre-engineered pavilion package ships as a knocked-down prefabricated kit, including the structural frame, roof deck, roofing materials, fasteners, trim, optional ornamentation, and installation instructions. Column footing design can also be provided by Poligon upon request.
Poligon Wood – Our wood pavilion line has been enhanced for more efficient engineering, manufacturing, and distribution. We now offer a wider variety of options and features, including multiple stain colors, anchoring systems, and roofing materials to suit your project needs.
Poligon Fabric – Combining steel frames with flexible fabric elements, Poligon Fabric structures offer elegant curves and unique angles for a softer, more architectural appearance. We can custom design a fabric structure to suit any site. Available fabric options include breathable, UV-blocking high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shade fabric, water-resistant solution-dyed fabric, and waterproof vinyl fabric.
